As an Investment Operations Specialist in Customer Operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes through a commitment to operational excellence.

 

You will support the end-to-end administration of KiwiSaver and Investment Fund products, including onboarding new customers, processing withdrawals, and managing ongoing account maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant operations while providing a positive and seamless customer experience.

 

Through your attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing, you will help ensure our processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

 

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment, working together to continuously improve how we serve our customers.

 

Role Type: Permanent
Role Location: Auckland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

In this role, you will:

  • Support new customers getting started
    Accurately process KiwiSaver and Investment Fund applications, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Help customers access their funds when they need them
    Process withdrawal requests (including first home, hardship and retirement) with care, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Keep customer accounts running smoothly
    Complete account maintenance, updates, and administrative requests while maintaining data integrity.
  • Deliver great customer outcomes
    Work with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and provide timely, clear communication.
  • Manage risk and do what’s right
    Follow processes and policies, while identifying and managing risks to protect customers and the bank.
  • Look for better ways of working
    Contribute ideas to improve processes and support continuous improvement.

  • Experience in financial services, operations, or administration (KiwiSaver experience desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process work accurately
  • A customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
  • Sound judgement and the ability to manage risk in day-to-day decisions
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support the team
