This is a unique opportunity to support the Managing Director, Institutional, operating at the centre of a high-performing leadership team. As Executive Assistant, you will provide trusted, proactive support to enable the Managing Director to operate effectively, managing priorities and ensuring the smooth rhythm of the business.
You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities, building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and delivering well-run meetings, events and leadership engagements. You’ll also contribute to business initiatives and projects, working across the organisation to ensure alignment and momentum. This role offers strong exposure across Institutional Banking and is a great opportunity to further develop your capability, strengthen your personal brand, and contribute to the effectiveness of senior leadership.

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in enabling the Managing Director to operate at their best, ensuring priorities are managed and the day-to-day rhythm of the business runs seamlessly. This is a dynamic role where you’ll provide trusted support across a range of activities, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and inboxes, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and organise domestic and international travel with precision
- Build trusted relationships and contribute to a positive team environment where people feel supported and connected
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
- Work closely with the highly capable EA network, collaborating to share ideas, balance workloads and deliver consistently high standards
- Role model ANZ values and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the organisation
