Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Delivery Lead NZ & Pacific in our Property team forming part of the CFO Unit, you'll play two key roles to:
- Understand, translate, and effectively deliver projects in accordance with the Property strategy and design briefs across retail, data centres, ATMs, and where relevant corporate sites in an aligned, cost effective, and efficient manner.
- Effectively manage the facilities management team to deliver projects and ongoing services to the property portfolio.
The Delivery Lead co-ordinates project delivery within an agreed CAPEX programme, including management of internal and external stakeholders and contractors, and in accordance with property governance standards. You're also required to optimize the facilities management team by setting service and delivery standards and through strategic plans for asset life cycling and repair & maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery function is provides services in accordance with the NZ/Pacific governance standards and within an agreed financial envelope.

As a Delivery Lead NZ & Pacific, you will:
- Work with NZ senior property leadership team to identify annual capital spend (both BAU and special projects).
- In-depth understanding of the drivers of the various business units; their strategies, future challenges and its overall contribution to the wider business.
- Targeted new and redesign briefs to deliver property projects and facilities management services, implementing and maintaining agreed property strategies.
- Develop and lead the ANZ values by modelling expected behaviours within the team.
- Responsible for full compliance with group property guidelines and all relevant statutory codes.

- Strong network & relationship building skills with proven experience in managing significant commercial relationships.

- Planning and prioritising (including people, process, and technology implications) to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies between initiatives/programs/projects to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
