As a Dealer, FX Sales in our Markets FX Sales team, you will play a key role in managing the Foreign Exchange risk for our Commercial and Corporate clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic markets sales and trading team, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience in a supportive and educational environment.

As a Dealer FX Sales, you will:

 

  • Provide Foreign Exchange and Markets solutions to Commercial and Corporate customers, ensuring accurate and compliant execution.
  • Help proactively service the wider team customer sets, seeking assistance where necessary to ensuring a good customer outcome
  • Be supported to gain the necessary markets qualification required to thrive in this environment
  • Contribute to FX Market commentary for clients and internal stake holders. Help meet agreed team revenue targets through the proactive  customer engagement and delivery of appropriate FX solutions
  • Adhere to all credit lines, cost to serve pricing, and policy requirements
  • Demonstrate the highest possible standards of business conduct, regulatory compliance as described and defined in both professional body and internal procedure policies and guides

  • A high level of self‑motivation, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced markets environment.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills for direct engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A solutions‑focused, customer‑first mindset, paired with the ability to think creatively when facing challenges.
  • Confidence with numbers, Excel, and technology, along with a basic understanding of business fundamentals.
  • A collaborative team approach and the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
  • Exposure to financial markets is helpful, and you’ll be expected to complete NZFMA Core & FX, ELAC, and NFA accreditation within your first few weeks.
