As a Banking Consultant in our team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting everyday banking needs, building trusted relationships, and guiding customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions. Whether it’s assisting with a quick transaction or introducing someone to our digital tools, you’ll make banking feel approachable and easy.

Role Location: Auckland
Role Type: Secondment, 10 months
Role Hours: Monday to Friday (09:30am to 02:30pm)

- Have meaningful conversations to understand what matters to each customer

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage,
• Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage,
• Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity,
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment,
• Sound understanding of compliance, and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
