The Service & Enablement Specialist is critical to making this happen and will:

 

•    Respond to/take ownership of customer/internal stakeholder enquiries within SLA and in an efficient and customer centric manner
•    Support customers with preparation of fulfilment documents/forms (account opening & amendment forms etc)
•    Be the first point of contact to resolve customer concerns and issues to create a positive experience
•    Build and maintain good collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Service Managers, Product Partners etc) 
•    Identify and call out continuous improvement opportunities aimed at improving customer & banker experience

What will you bring?

 

 

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
•    Strong attention to details 
•    Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities
•    Ability to analyse and investigate problems and develop a solution
•    Experience within the financial industry; with a focus on transactional or institutional operation functions 
•    Sound stakeholder management skills
