About the Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Lending Services team in Adelaide or Melbourne as a Senior Manager. This role focuses on managing some of the Bank’s most complex and high-risk Agribusiness customers predominantly across South Australia, delivering strategic financial solutions and expert support.

What will you bring?

As a Senior Manager, you’ll:

• Lead the development and execution of workout and remediation strategies for distressed clients.
• Manage client relationships and provisions with a balanced, principle-based approach that supports both the Bank and its customers.
• Share your expertise across Lending Services, the broader Business Unit, and Agribusiness Credit, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
