ANZ Mobile Lending is a franchise model whereby franchisees operate their own lending businesses under ANZ branding. The franchises are independently operated of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. This proposition is highly unique as ANZ is the only major bank in Australia to offer franchise opportunities. 

As an ANZ Mobile Lending Franchisee you will provide a personalised lending service to customers to help them achieve what’s important to them, at their convenience visiting them, anytime, anywhere. Whether they want to buy their own home or build wealth with an investment property, the most rewarding part of our business is being able to help customers achieve their goals.

Franchisees are supported by the ANZ Mobile Lending team, which exists to enable franchisees to do what they do best; network & develop a pipeline, deliver outstanding customer interactions, build a high performing team, maintain compliance with regulatory obligations and above all, assist ANZ customers to achieve their home ownership aspirations. 

Our franchisees receive support across the key aspects of business operation including; lending support, compliance and governance, recruitment and team management. Being a part of the Mobile Lending business also affords franchisees the opportunity to network with each other to share business learnings through organized meetings and events such as the annual Mobile Lending conference. 

Marketing
•    National campaigns: large scale ANZ Home Loan campaigns like “Know What to Know with ANZ Buy Ready” and “ANZ First Home Coach” provide opportunities to create awareness and to leverage local area marketing.
•    Local marketing support: Resources, tools, technology and templates are available to help you with your localised marketing activities.
•    Mobile Lending campaigns: Targeted digital and social media campaigns specific to Mobile Lending.

Training
•    Accreditations you require to commence your business, as well as provide you with continuous development through training, conferences and state meetings. 
•    Our field support team will provide ongoing coaching, support and guidance as you build your business.
•    If you come from a non-lending background, you will be required to complete a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

About You
The foundations of franchisee success include.
•    A genuine desire to help customers achieve their home ownership goals
•    Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service along with excellent communication skills
•    A positive attitude with loads of energy and enthusiasm to learn new things
•    Demonstrated ability to network and build COI’s
•    Demonstrated ability to adhere to required regulatory compliance and operate with total integrity
•    Ability to build, lead and motivate your own team
•    Strong desire to achieve and succeed 
•    Have access to required start-up capital (approx. $150k)
