What will your day look like?
The purpose of this role is to grow the Home loan Introducer Program in Western Australia and South Australia, lift introducers understanding of ANZ governance/processes as well as building and maintaining capability amongst ANZ lenders. This role is responsible for further developing the relationship between ANZ and Introducer Aggregators as their single point of contact, as well as attending Business Reviews. In addition, the role is responsible for building and maintaining the capability of Home Loan lenders to confidently and efficiently manage their Introducer relationships whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.
What will you bring?
- Have strong customer focus and relationship management skills and experience
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of the business and market environment in which ANZ operates, its business strategy and the key drivers of success
- Result oriented with strong display of perseverance
- Concern for quality and standards
- At least 5 years’ experience in Home Lending
- Prior experience with Home Loan Introducer Programs will be viewed as favourable
- Sound understanding of the consumer banking industry, consumer products and ANZ’s business
