About the role

Role Location: 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205

Role Type: Permanent

Role Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week

What will your day look like

The TSD Coordinator supports the Technical Support & Delivery Leadership Team and internal stakeholders to:

  • uplift CCC technical capability;
  • identify and or deliver process improvement opportunities;
  • identify and or support automation opportunities;
  • remove duplication and waste; and
  • analysis data (qualitative & quantitative) to identify trends, opportunities and measure success.      

 

Responsible for, but not limited to:

  • capture, collate, analyse and interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) and trends, present findings to inform the team/business opportunities that deliver uplift capability, remove duplication/waste, simply processes, improve customer satisfaction, improve product and services, enable self-service and streamline processes
  • build systems/processes to capture qualitative and quantitative data
  • support/drive the identification of process improvement/automation/product & system opportunities
  • document processes/procedures/business cases to support opportunities and or initiatives
  • liaise/work with TSD leaders and key stakeholders to drive, monitor, track activities/initiatives/opportunities   
  • monitor, track and report on opportunities
  • act as the point of contact for requests into/out of TSD
