About the role

  • Champion improvement of quality outcomes in the Business, reviewing outcomes, and recommending changes to achieve high level of efficiency & customer experience
  • Drive a culture of outperformance across the business, with a strong lens on continuous improvement of the QA team performance
  • Track and measure assessment delivery against set targets and objectives providing monthly feedback to direct reports and key stakeholders.

The Quality Manager is responsible for driving effective and efficient performance of the Quality Assessment team for the respective Business Unit they support. The Quality Manager will develop strong relationships with the Business Leaders to help drive quality improvements.  They will ensure the delivery of individual assessments and improvement opportunities to the business in a measured and consistent manner across the monthly testing period. In addition, the Manager will work closely with their QM peers across service centres to clear obstacles, support our assessment teams and develop and grow our assessors.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following

  • More than 5 years experience working in a financial institution with 3 years supervisory experience
  • Highly-result driven and motivated individual who understands critical compliance and regulatory requirements and how to drive customer service
  • Proven leadership capability and advanced communication skills
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills
  • College/university graduate with degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Business Management (good to have)
