About the Role
As a Process Lead, Static Data, you will be responsible with the following:

Call back validation: Validate the SSI instructions against the call back form and ensure all fields are populated correctly as per the standard protocol and archived in the shared drive for future reference purpose

Workflow Management: Tight monitoring of all the workflows across all the regions performed on a daily basis and check to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Email request monitoring and assignment: Regular reviewing of the Email box and ensure the requests are completed as per SLA/prioritization of urgent requests and zero outstanding at EOD. Also, need to ensure proper handover to the next shift with business justification for non-urgent requests

Project/Bulk Request management: Ensure an ETA is negotiated as per the standard SLA for all bulk projects and the same is completed by the team without any SLA breach. Also, need to be able to where required to push back or engage relevant teams to renegotiate ETA/reprioritize the request
What will your day look like?

Monitoring & Escalation: Send approval email to Manager for manual updating in downstream in case of Tech issue: Responsible to validate the exact Tech issue and ensure appropriate JIRA is in place and articulate all the details in the email to Line manager for approval to update the data in downstream. Also ensure both CSS and downstream are in sync with respect to the requested data

Nostro SSI update: Responsible for validating the changes in Nostro SSI details and update the same in the .pdf file/Omgeo Alert and communicate to the Team and appropriate audience

Responding to Escalation: Demonstrate quick and responsive approach for all the escalations and ensure to follow the hierarchy and keep Line manager and relevant management in loop in all the email communication

Stake Holder Management: Ensure the maintenance of strong relationships with all business stakeholders, engage them at regular intervals, understand the business needs, and deliver any required changes post review

Role Location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role Shift schedule: Day Shift schedules, Weekends Off, Hybrid Work Set up after training, AU holidays to be observed
Role Term: 12 Month Secondment/12 Month Fixed Term (with opportunities of extension)
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Commerce/Business field
-
Background in static data is highly preferred
-
Ability to detect anomalies, errors and investigate and document the associated root causes
-
Customer services skills with an ability to speak to customers via phone
-
Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with basic SQL skills and ability to construct SQL queries is preferred

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-
Ability to work under pressure in response to specific issues
