About the role
As a Care for Customer Specialist, you will focus on delivering a great on boarding experience to drive customer engagement and complete 12 month check ins. You will ensure customers activate (access and use) their recently opened commercial products, check for other cross-sell opportunities, educate and build customer confidence in ANZ digital business solutions.
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent *multiple roles available
Work Schedule: Full Time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Genuine passion for helping business owners start up, grow and run their business

Strong customer focus and understanding customer needs and ability to complete requests/solution implementation end to end

Ideally have a proven track record demonstrating excellent results working on KPIs/targets

Phone-based customer service experience and financial services exposure are ideal, but not required

Ability to understand a wide array of products and complex situations would be preferred

Understanding of small business & commercial markets would be highly regarded
