About the role

Role Location: Brisbane 
Role Type:   Permanent; Full Time

Reporting to the State Head, your role as an Associate Director will be responsible for managing and growing revenue derived from a portfolio of high value Institutional clients across a broad cross section of industries.


Role Accountabilities

The primary activities of the role cover:

  • Drive focused organic growth strategy and capability 
  • Drive customer centric sales strategies at the portfolio level
  • Achieve leverage from product partnering opportunities with Relationship
  • Teamwork & collaboration as measured by 360 degree feedback/surveys
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Effective pipeline management using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales process
  • Upholds ANZ standards in risk & compliance as required

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think laterally and the flexibility to work in an environment of constant change
Ability to identify future needs of clients through key questioning techniques
Good understanding of the payments landscape, today and into the future
Excellent professional presence and well-developed presentation skills
Strong communication skills in order to manage client and stakeholder expectations
Ability to meet deadlines and act with urgency 
Client facing experience with dealing with Corporate and Institutional customers is an advantage (in a sales capacity)
Excellent general business software skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Curious with a genuine interest to develop a detailed understanding of the Transaction Banking / Payments & Cash Management product suite and structured sales processes
Strong written and oral communication skills will be essential along with proven problem-solving skills
