About the Role
As a TPRM Strategy & Products Specialist in our Tech COO, you’ll play a key role in helping :-
• Developing, maintaining and executing the TPRMs strategy and continuous improvement programs in line with better industry practices and evolving regulator expectations.
• Driving the design, development and deployment of enhancements to the TPRMHub solution, with a focus on useability and simplicity.

What will your day look like?
As TPRM Strategy & Products Specialist you take direction from the TPRM Strategy & Products Manager will be responsible for:
• Supporting the maintenance and uplift of the TPRM business rules / decision tress in line with agreed Risk Theme Owner requirements and under the direction of the Strategy and Products Lead
• Supporting the setting of the TPRM functional performance criteria and end-to-end TPRM user journeys
• Supporting key TPRM stakeholders in line with the agreed TPRM strategy and service delivery guidelines
• General program management administration duties and reporting for the TPRM Strategy & Products Team
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• 3+ years’ experience in a risk domain/procurement environment preferably in the financial services industry
• Understanding existing processes, tools and platforms to consolidate and simplify within TPRM solution
• Knowledge and experience of ANZ’s TPRMHub operations and management
• Procurement and/or third-party risk system knowledge • Able to take direction with proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and a track record of working to deadlines.
• Industry-specific knowledge in procurement within the regulated environment of financial services
• Experience of working in a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional team
• Understanding regulatory requirements as they related to risk and preferably TPRM
• Experience of process mapping /analysis tools and techniques
• Data analysis skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Confluence /Jira experience
