About the role

Role Location: ANZ Beijing, China

Role Type: 1year Contractor, Full-time

 

As the Payment Ops Officer, you will support Payment and Cash Operations for the Institutional businesses from an operational perspective. Handle Daily Payment processing, customer account and transaction inquiry, complete regulatory reporting, AP, staff expense claim, reconcile. Work with the relevant business units and functions to increase knowledge and understanding of their environment, products, structure and compliance issues/needs.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Relevant years of experience with Institutional or Payment Processing, AP, staff expense claim, reconcile.

  • Good accounting knowledge

  • Good knowledge on Institutional Products and local PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations

  • Have good communication skill and provide good customer service

  • Have a food organising and prioritising skills

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
